Have a Holly Jolly Christmas!

Hello! I have another tag to share today made with products from our last 12 Kits of Occasions kit. This one was super quick and easy, no stamping involved!

I simply added some of the patterned paper from the kit to my Papertrey Ink Tag Sale: Quilted Tag die cut. The large Santa is popped up with foam tape. I brushed on Wink of Stella for pizazz and topped it with a pretty red ribbon.

Be back soon ~Lisa

Here's a wee snippet for you!

Hope you have a beautiful day ~Lisa

Precious Remembrance Shop ~ Design it Monday!

Hi there! We have a fun event happening at Precious Remembrance Shop. For the next two weeks the design team will be revisiting previously released stamp sets. We'll be combining them with Christmas sets!

For my Design it Monday post today, I've used the Journey Stamp Set. My Christmas sets of choice were Oh Christmas and Sketchy Christmas. I hope you'll pop over to the PRS blog to check it out.

Blessings ~Lisa

The 12 Kits of Occasions!

Hello again! I'm back as promised with my 12 Kits of Occasions cards! Kim is our ho-ho-hostess with the mostest this month. Her {Happy Howlidays} kit has fun stamped images and THE sweetest mix of patterned paper!! Polka dots and gingham make me a happy girl!! Kim has also invited a guest to join us! Be sure to visit Monika Reeck from Creative with Monika to say hello!!

Take a look at this Santa! How fun is he!! I die cut a couple of Pretty Pink Posh tags (Stitched Duo 1) for this jolly fella and placed them on a snowflake embossed card base.

This little number makes me smile!! That car buzzing along with that big ol' tree blowing back in the breeze is too much fun!! I left the car uncolored but gave it a coat of Wink of Stella. A couple of more PPP border dies (Stitched Border 1 & 2) were used on this one.

This little trio is having a howling good time!! Are't they cute! I placed them in a PPP Storybook 1 die cut. The kraft stripe paper is from one of our previous kits.

My last project today is a tag. I added a mix of goodies from the kit to a PTI Tag Sale: Quilted Tag die cut then topped it with ribbon from my stash!

I have more things in the works using Kim's festive kit. But until then, I'm off to visit my teammates. Care to follow along with me?

The Card Concept #63!

Hi there! I'm sharing my final card as guest designer for The Card Concept today. I've had such a good time sharing my cards with you and their challenge followers. I want to give a BIG thank you to my very sweet blogging friend Tracey McNeely. Thanks for the invitation, you're the bee's knees!!

There are so many wonderful things to drink in from this week's inspiration photo. I was inspired by the plaid chair, the word JOY and all of the wispy pine!

I covered my card base with tan gingham paper. Next came the Inky Antics pine/pine cone border. After stamping it on white cardstock, I die cut one edge with a PPP Stitched Borders 3 die. I've used the PPP Stitched Duo 1 die to get the little rectangles for my letters. I picked up some of the pattern from the quilt draped in the chair. It came in the form of a PPP Stitched Essentials 1 die cut. You'll also see the wee trees from the mantel here! The tiny pine sprigs are by IO and the larger PRS (Oh Christmas). The snowflakes came from my PPP Winter Wonderland set.

Pop over to The Card Concept blog to see what the team has for your viewing pleasure. And come on, you know you love this inspiration photo and want to play along. Better get busy!!

I'll be back a little later with my 12 Kits of Occasions post.
See you soon!

My apologies for things being a bit quiet around here! We had a busy holiday weekend spending quality time with family. I have some cards in the works for this week. But until then I thought I would share the birthday gift we gave to Sweet P!

She loves to climb up on my piano bench to tickle the ivories. So a toddler sized piano was in order! Word has it that she runs around playing with her toys, then takes a music break, plays some more, music break...you get the picture!! She also piled all of her stuffed toys on it to play them a song or two

Hope you're all doing well. Thanks for visiting!
